I purchased these desiccant bags in a bulk barrel so they are not individually sealed.  Since they are not individually packaged, I have "technically" marked as used but they are new and stored in an airtight container prior to shipping.  Each desiccant bag will be placed in a ziplock bag prior to shipping.  Reactivation instructions are on each bag.
